What ages does your equipment suit?

Our equipment is recommended for ages from approx 6 years to adults.

When do you deliver?

We deliver the equipment to your house or venue well in advance of your function start time and pickup the next day. Times are confirmed the day before your party to ensure the time arranged suits you.

How long do we have the equipment for?

Our equipment is hired on an overnight basis. Say your function is on a Saturday, we will deliver to you on the Saturday before your function start time and pickup the next day. If you require the equipment for longer please call us with your enquiry.  Pickup same night after your event is available for an extra fee.

Can the machines go upstairs?

Due to the size and weight of our equipment it is not possible to carry the equipment upstairs.  Some function centres and venues may have lifts.  We would require the dimensions of the lift to ensure the equipment will have the access required prior to booking.

When do you pickup?

We will pickup the equipment the following day of your delivery with time of pickup to be confirmed on delivery. If a late night pickup is required, please advise this when booking. A late pickup fee may apply.

Can I pickup the game myself?

Unfortunately we do not allow our customers to pickup any of the games.  This is because our equipment will not be insured should someone else handle our equipment during transportation. Due to the sensitivity of the game they will require specialized handling.  Our service includes delivery, setup of games, demonstrate how the games work, pickup.

Is there a delivery fee?

If you hire just one machine there is a delivery fee.  This fee is $70 to suburbs within a 20km radius from our workshop in Bayswater. Hire two or more machines and delivery is free of charge within a 20km radius from Bayswater.  For areas outside this range please contact us for a quote.

Where can I place your equipment?

All equipment must be placed undercover protected from any direct sunlight and rain. Equipment may be placed indoors provided there is sufficient access (except driving games and dance machines and any larger games). If placing equipment outdoors a colourbond roofed patio or garage is ideal.  Laserlight roof sheeting is not suitable.

What are the dimensions of your games?

For your convenience the dimensions of our games are listed under each items description on our website.  This will help you decide if you have sufficient access and room for the games.

Do I need to put coins in the machines?

All machines are set on free play and therefore coins are not required.

Are your games just for kids?

No, they can be played by Big Kids too (adults). All of our equipment are full arcade sized equipment just like you see in an amusement centre – therefore kids from approx 6 years old to adults can play.

Is there a special type of power needed for the equipment?

The power requirements are normal standard power that you have at home. All of our equipment requires power except for the soccer and table tennis tables. Please also read our Conditions of Hire form for more information as this may answer some of your other queries. You will also be required to sign this form.

How do you accept payment?

Payments may be made by cash on delivery, credit card – Mastercard, Visa, AMEX or bank transfer prior to delivery.

Do you have insurance on the equipment hired?

From the time we deliver to the time we pickup, the hirer is totally responsible for the safe keeping of our equipment as directed by our staff.  We do not have insurance for loss or damage whilst in your possession.
